Passy

In the 16th Arrondissement, the Passy area is like a village within Paris. The architecture is flamboyant, and since the area is on a rise above the Seine, there is often a view to the Eiffel tower just when you least expect it. The Passy Cemetery is small and crowded, but very beautiful.
